Terms & Conditions for Guest Stays
Effective Date: March 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests booking accommodation with Lion Guard Guest House.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after the required deposit payment has been received.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability.
Occupancy
Guests must not exceed the maximum number of occupants per room unless approved by management.
Payment Terms
Guests must pay the remaining balance upon arrival unless otherwise arranged.
House Rules
Guests agree to respect property rules including:
- maintaining reasonable noise levels
- respecting other guests
- not damaging property
Guests may be charged for damage caused during their stay.
Liability
Lion Guard Guest House is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables at all times.
Force Majeure
Lion Guard Guest House shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or service interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lesotho.
